Position: Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including but not limited to, computers, smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various electronic systems.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of repair orders.

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures and solutions.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and repair techniques.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in the electronics repair industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems and components.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

- Relevant certifications or technical education in electronics or a related field is preferred.
